How long will the job take?

Generally, it takes about 4-6 hours to complete an average-sized home of 1,500 sq ft. It will also vary depending on where the main unit is located and if your home has a basement or crawl space.

How much does it cost?

We are able to provide a quote over the phone based on details about your residence. Any and all pricing will be discussed and we typically find the estimate not to change the day of the job.
For commercial business we will provide an on-site quote.

Are there additional costs?

We generally find our estimate is close to what we discuss prior to scheduling. There may be additional costs if duct work repairs, blowers need cleaned, or we add filters. But our team will discuss this with you prior to completion so you feel comfortable with the cost.

Do you clean the trunk lines?

YES! Our vacuum is designed to hook up at the trunk line to turn your system into a suction/vacuum itself.

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

We typically recommend a full system air duct clean in a residential home to be cleaned every 5 years. There are several factors like pets, allergies, home remodels/construction, etc that we would recommend sooner.

How often should dryer vents be cleaned?

We recommend residential homes to have them cleaned once a year. If you run a business from your home and do above average laundry then twice a year.
Business and commercial properties will vary.

Can I clean my dryer vent or duct myself?

If you have a very short dryer vent run you might be able to clean the lint yourself. However, it’s important to know if you have bends in the vent then lint can accumulate in those corners and your typical vacuum will not reach.

We do not recommend you clean your air ducts without a proper commercial vacuum. Our vacuum is designed to pull the dust/debris into our system and not back into your house. Let a professional do the job for you!

Does duct cleaning really improve my furnace?

Yes! Duct cleaning can improve the fuel efficiency of furnaces and cooling units which means a longer life for expensive heating and cooling devices.

What causes a dryer vent fire?

Consumer Product Safety Commission says that in 2000, there were 12,700 clothes dryer fires results in $99m in damages, 330 injuries, and 20 lives lost. The better a dryer vent blows, the less lint builds up in it. Short vents blow better than longer ones. Full size dryers blow better than smaller stack dryers or older dryers. Vents with a lot of turns and elbows blow worse and build up more lint. Very short vents attached to full size dryers may never need cleaning.
